In the beginning of 2010. company MASTER FRIGO d.o.o. from Belgrade bought dairy “Blacini” d.o.o. from Blace, a former dairy “Toplica” Blace. We established a new company MASTER MILK d.o.o. based in Blace, with the intention to start production, restoration of production facilities and to fully equip the dairy for processing 100 tons of milk per day. For the full automation production, starting from the receipt, CIP, through pasteurization, preparation and packaging of fermented dairy drinks, modern machinery for packaging pasteurized and sterile (long) milk, modern and automated stock of finished products we invested over 5 mil. Euro in past 2 years. Nowadays dairy fulfills all European and world standards in the production of milk and dairy products. It is planned to exploit the maximum production capacity of 100 thousand liters of milk daily processing.
Production program will include pasteurized and sterilized milk, fermented milk products, fruit yogurt, sour cream and cheese, and the plan is accommodate one part of the manufacturing plant for production of concentrated fruit juices.
